Some kinda gumbo

Fajita chicken sausage and shrimp were what we had in the fridge. And carrots, celery, and onions. Sauté the veggies in butter with garlic, add a little whole wheat flour, meats, and broth. (I used beef and vegetable broths. They were opened in the fridge already) bay leaves, Cajun seasoning, hot sauce, a pinch of curry powder, pepper, and cayenne. Brown rice. A bit of parsley. Hope this turns out well. Just trying to use up our perishables.
