Chinese monks eat this

Tsai. or maybe Jai. or Djai. Who knows how to spell in English.

My mom made this over the weekend, using my grandpa’s recipe. I was happy because I haven’t had any in sooo long. It’s basically vermicelli noodles, broth, and lots of different kinds of mushrooms. It was delish!

I have a bunch of leftovers. Hmm, maybe I’ll go heat some up right now!
